Manila, Philippines – Premier property developer Ortigas & Company with the support of the Pasig City local government led the groundbreaking ceremony for the Circulo Verde Bridge on June 14, 2019. The construction of the bridge will provide a direct link between Pasig City and Circulo Verde, a 10-hectare mixed-use development of Ortigas & Company, and vice versa.
Designed and to be constructed by NWSteel Technologies, Inc. with Design Coordinates Inc. as project manager, the Circulo Verde Bridge will have a cable-stayed road design that will span 130 meters in length and 19.2 meters wide. It will have four lanes for vehicular access with dedicated lanes for pedestrians and bikers.

The bridge will provide a convenient and accessible connection between Pasig City and our mixed-use estate, Circulo Verde, and vice versa. It will help ease traffic and greatly benefit the communities within and around Circulo Verde and Manggahan,” says Ortigas & Company President and chief executive officer, Jaime E. Ysmael.
“With pedestrian and bike lanes integrated into the design, the Circulo Verde Bridge will be true to Circulo Verde’s promise of an active lifestyle for all its residents,” Ysmael added.
Circulo Verde is a 10-hectare mixed-use development by Ortigas & Company that promotes recreational and physical activities, may it be going for a quick run or biking around the secured estate or finding great deals for dining and retail in its community mall, the Industria Mall. Providing a healthy and active environment for its residents, Circulo Verde is integrated With its own world class sports facility, the CV Sports Hub – a multi-use sports center which includes the CV Pitch equal to a FIFA Standard size football field. Adding to the roster of sports amenities, the CV Quad is a court for various sports like basketball, badminton, volleyball and futsal. Expected to be completed by the second half of the year 2020, the Circulo Verde Bridge is poised to significantly ease traffic in the communities, cutting travel time between Amang Rodriguez Avenue to Circulo Verde by less than half of what the motorists are now experiencing.
