Manila, Philippines — Premier property developer Ortigas & Company, in partnership with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), unveils its newest addition to its office portfolio, the IBP Tower.
The IBP Tower is a 27-storey building along Doña Julia Vargas Avenue corner F. Ortigas Jr. Road, that sits on what used to be the open-air parking space of the IBPNational Headquarters Building.
According to Ortigas & Company, the IBP Tower further solidifies its foray in the office space market, following the offices in Estancia at Capitol Commons, Ortigas Building at the heart of Ortigas central business district, and the business and knowledge process outsourcing (BPO / KPO) firms housed in Transcom Center and Silver City at Frontera Verde.
The IBP Tower has a 1,363 sqm. floor plate with retail spaces on the ground and 10th floor, particularly for food options and restaurants. The first three floors of the building have been allotted to the IBP as office space, while the rest are divided into nine podium parking and 17 floors of office spaces for BPO offices, law firms, and other leaseholders.
With excellent location that has easy access to commercial establishments, the tower is also accessible through 24/7 transportation options, including the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (Ortigas station).
Aside from the entrance along Doña Julia Vargas Avenue for pedestrians, vehicle drop-off is available to the building via Jade Drive.
The IBP Tower is a joint venture of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and Ortigas & Company. The developer constructed the tower on IBP’s 1,749 sqm. property in exchange for Ortigas & Company’s right for a 35-year lease period of the office spaces.
Ortigas & Company has been a supporter of IBP since 1978, when the former donated two prime lots along Doña Julia Vargas Avenue, where the IBP national headquarters and the IBP Tower are currently located.

In addition to this new tower, Ortigas & Company is also building new office towers in Capitol Commons and Frontera Verde. The property developer currently has around 109,000 square meters of office space under its portfolio.
